A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all booked appointments.

Refunds on deposits are prohibited except in rare cases where health & wellbeing are concerned.  Refunds on cancelled appointments with no forwarding date are not guaranteed and require prior written consent by The Beauty Mage or its assigns.

Appointment cancellations require 24-hour advanced notice.

​

Deposits are forfeit for all appointment cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.

​

Changed/rescheduled appointments with 24-hour notice will have deposits forwarded to new date.

​

Upon occurrence of third late cancellation, client will be required to pay 100% deposit for all services booked. 

​

50% of eyelash extensions must still be intact for all fill appointments.

​

All intake forms must be filled out completely prior to appointment.
